Are you a caring, enthusiastic childcare professional looking for a nursery where you can truly make a difference? We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Assistant/Practitioner to join our welcoming and supportive team at our Norwood House Nursery.
At Kidzcare, we pride ourselves on creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where both children and staff can thrive. If you're passionate about early years education, enjoy building positive relationships, and want to be part of a team that values your contributions, we'd love to hear from you.
Kidzcare holds a special place in the Scottish childcare sector as the first organisation to transition to employee ownership. Since January 2022, we’ve been an Employee‑Owned Childcare Company, meaning our staff truly have a voice and a stake in the future of our nurseries.
We welcome applications from individuals who already hold their SVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People. If you’re working towards this qualification, we’re equally happy to support you with training and development opportunities while you grow your career with us.
