Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Disability Employment Coach to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment opportunities. Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the entire employment journey, from skills assessment to job placement and retention
- Develop tailored action plans that address each individual's unique needs and goals
- Provide mentoring and coaching on workplace communication, IT skills, and customer service techniques
- Assist clients in improving organizational skills for effective time management and task completion
- Maintain clear documentation of progress, challenges, and achievements using Microsoft Office tools
- Foster strong relationships with employers, community organizations, and stakeholders to expand employment opportunities
- Offer ongoing support post-placement to ensure successful integration into the workplace
Experience
- Proven experience in mentoring or coaching individuals with disabilities or in a related field
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for record-keeping and reporting
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to motivate and build rapport with diverse audiences
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of IT systems and digital tools relevant to workplace integration
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate records
- Prior experience working within employment services or vocational rehabilitation is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: £10,582.00-£12,698.00 per year
