We are looking for an individual for this new role who is keen to learn, has strong IT skills, meticulous in their work with a high attention to detail for this role supporting the team across multiple brands and a number of countries.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with colleagues to understand the plans on kit contents and projected sales dates across all brands.
Support the preparation of technical details (product specification cards, INCI sheets, imagery sheets and artwork) ready for submission, including legal compliance, drop test and physical QA sample and custom photography when required.
Proof checking and ensuring the product packaging submitted will maintain the quality of our products to arrive intact to the end customer.
Ensuring that current lines have up to date technical information (specification cards & INCI sheets) and ensuring resubmission, if necessary, is done in a timely manner.
Ensuring all QA related product data (such as weights, dimensions, tariff codes, kit photos, CPNP & SCPN entries, pallet/carton quantities, and packing instructions) is accurately entered and maintained in the systems within required timeframes.
Assisting in ensuring that QA team documentation has up to date information and completed in a timely manner.
Support the team maintain technical product data sheets & artworks, ensuring all documentation is current, accurate, and organized effectively.
Communicating effectively with the warehouse team to ensure they have all relevant details required for packing.
Work with colleagues to ensure that any samples required are sent out in a timely manner.
Required competencies:
Highly organised self-starter with a high attention to detail
A willingness to learn and develop oneself within the QA team
Excellent (and demonstrable) communication skills both written and verbal
Strong IT technical skills
A good understanding of the shopping channels we work with
Self-motivated
Focused on delivering outstanding service with a can-do attitude.
