Duties
- Provide a range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, diping powder, and nail art.
- Perform various beauty therapies such as therading,waxing,
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure the highest standards of service.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.
Qualification
- Proven experience in providing nail treatments and beauty therapy services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients in English.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively.
