Duties
- Provide administrative and operational support across the business.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and business documentation.
- Support inventory management, stock monitoring, and supplier coordination.
- Respond to customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.
- Support financial administration, including invoice processing and record keeping.
- Assist in implementing company policies and operational procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
