Who We’re Looking For
We want versatile, energetic team players who can seamlessly move between bar, barista, and floor service—bringing warmth, professionalism, and personality to every guest interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and seating guests with genuine warmth
- Pulling espresso‑based drinks and hand‑crafting cocktails to spec (full training provided)
- Taking orders, running floor sections, and delivering small plates and drinks
- Maintaining Frederiks’ polished, guest‑ready appearance at all times
- Anticipating guest needs and resolving issues quickly and discreetly
- Supporting colleagues with positivity and a can‑do attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in bar, café, or restaurant front‑of‑house
- Barista and/or cocktail skills, or floor service experience (ideally more than one)
- Ability to work energetically during busy jazz nights and weekend disco sets
- A natural communicator and team‑player who loves engaging with people
- A strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently excellent service
- A flexible “can‑learn” attitude and eagerness to develop new skills
