The Role
You'll take full ownership of your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants alike. It's a role that demands organisation, sharp judgement, and the confidence to handle whatever comes up, while never losing sight of the service standard landlords and tenants expect.
- Managing your own portfolio of residential properties.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Overseeing property compliance and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Handling complex tenancy matters and resolving issues professionally.
- Negotiating and implementing periodic rent increases.
- Carrying out routine property inspections and producing detailed reports.
- Conducting checkout inspections and handling deposit returns.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Staying calm under pressure and finding practical solutions when things get complicated.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday, 09:00–17:30, and Friday, 09:00–17:00. The role also requires working one Saturday in every four, 10:00–14:00, with time off in lieu provided for each Saturday worked.
About You
- At least 1 year's Property Management experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to think on your feet.
- Calm and professional under pressure.
- Sharp attention to detail and the capacity to manage a busy workload.
Pay: £26,500.00 per year
