Location: Redcorn Ltd, London
Salary: £26436.80 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + 1 weekend per month (Saturday 08:00 AM -3:00 PM, Sunday 09:00 AM -3:00 PM)
Redcorn Ltd, London’s largest ELV and nuisance vehicle specialist since 1992, processes over 350 vehicles daily. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and are seeking multiple reliable and professional Telephone Booking Agents to join our operations team.
This is a non-customer-facing role focused on managing inbound and outbound calls, processing vehicle bookings, and coordinating internal logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and making calls related to vehicle bookings and collections
- Recording and updating booking information accurately
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient scheduling
- Maintaining detailed records and system accuracy
- Following company procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality support
