Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trade Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy Trade Parts Centre team in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience within the motor trade or automotive parts industry.
As a key member of the parts department, you will play an important role in supporting trade customers, processing orders efficiently, and helping to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound trade parts enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Identifying customer requirements and supplying the correct vehicle parts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Promoting special offers and maximising sales opportunities
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
- Strong organisational skills to manage inventory records accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking stock levels, and generating reports
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures related to automotive or machinery parts is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
