We are currently looking for a new stove and fireplace installer, gratebuilder, to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Installation of solid fuel fireplaces, wood-burning stoves and liners/flues.
Heavy manual handling
Building and repairs to fireplace openings and chimney breasts
Installation of stone / wood fireplaces
Installation of stone hearths
Installing electric fires
Essential Skills:
Experience in installing woodburning/multi-fuel stoves and fireplaces
Lifting of heavy goods
General building experience
Excellent attention to detail
Advantageous Skills:
HETAS registered
Plastering experience
Constructing metal stud work chimney breasts
As you will be working in our customers properties, you must be friendly, have excellent attention to detail and take care keeping your working environment safe and tidy. You’re not just technically skilled, you will know how to make customers feel at ease and informed.
You must have a UK driving licence. A company vehicle can be supplied.
You will be working Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
