We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and confident individuals to join our team as Robotics Holiday Camp Instructors for our summer camp at Middleton Primary School in Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, has a positive attitude, and is interested in STEM, robotics, engineering or creative learning. Full training will be provided, so previous robotics experience is not essential.
About the Role
As a Robotics Holiday Camp Instructor, you will help deliver fun, hands-on robotics and STEM activities to children during the school holidays. You will support children as they build, create, problem-solve and take part in exciting daily challenges.
You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging and encouraging environment where children can learn, explore and have fun.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fun and structured robotics/STEM activities to children
- Support children with building, creating and completing challenges
- Follow lesson plans and activity guidance provided during training
- Manage small groups of children in a positive and professional way
- Help set up and pack away equipment each day
- Encourage teamwork, creativity and problem-solving
- Ensure children are safe, engaged and supported throughout the day
- Communicate clearly with the camp team and site lead
What We’re Looking For
- Confident and enthusiastic when working with children
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver structured activities
- Interest in STEM, robotics, engineering, coding, teaching or childcare is a bonus
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
Training
Full training will be provided before the camp starts. You do not need to be a robotics expert — we will provide the guidance, resources and support needed to deliver the sessions confidently.

This role involves working with children, so all applicants must be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Successful applicants may be required to complete relevant checks before starting.
