Job Summary
Established since 2012, we are a successful family run business specialising in finding and fixing hidden plumbing leaks. Our premium service offer to our clients is 'same day, same engineer, find fix and re-test'. We have excellent reviews averaging 4.9* on Trustpilot and 4.8* on Google. We are looking for an experienced and qualified plumber to join our team. No experience is required within leak detection as full training will be given in leak detection methods. These methods include thermal imaging, gas tracing, acoustic microphone, and moisture mapping. Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent plumbing knowledge combined with problem solving. The right candidate must also have clear written and verbal communication.
We are looking for someone based within, or close to, the M25 to cover London and surrounding areas. A typical leak detection takes 4 hours. Typical travel time is 1.5 hours each way.

Qualifications and Skills
- Must be qualified to a minimum NVQ Plumbing level 2, ideally level 3.
- Gas Safe beneficial, but not essential.
- Minimum 5 years experience in installing and maintaining plumbing and heating systems.
- Subject to successful DBS check.
- Good communication and client relationship skills.
- Passionate about good customer service/experience.
- Physically fit. Some leak repairs include manual excavation.
- Presentable.
- Good problem solver.
- Calm, logical, methodical approach.
- 'Can do' attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Good written skills. Capable of preparing written reports using our pre-formatted IT system.
- IT capable.
Benefits
- Basic salary £48,000 per annum

- Engineers are typically assigned one booking a day. 'Second bookings', typically completed during normal working hours, attract a generous incentive. Engineers can expect to receive at least 1 'second booking' a week during our busy period (Oct-Mar).
