Rangeford villages develops & operates retirement villages for people aged over 60. Siddington Park is the latest village located in the heart of the Cotswolds, aiming to create an exciting, innovative and contemporary community for residents to live life to the full, with a wide range of leisure activities, services, support and care.
Rangeford Care is our in house care provider and unlike many care providers in this area, is set up as a domiciliary care service, with the convenience of being on one site. We are extremely proud of the strong team spirit and the high level of care we provide for our lovely clients.
Shift Pattern: These will be a mixture of day shifts 8am - 8pm at £13.40 per hour and night shifts 8pm - 8am at £14.90 per hour. Flexability is key.

Requirements
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Have a good standard of spoken and written English
- 1 year experience (desired but not essential)
- Be a team player
- Have excellent communication skills
At Rangeford Care we are all about enabling our clients to live independently in their own homes, and as such the responsibilities of the role include:
- Personal Care - bathing/showering /dressing clients
- Giving medication in line with clients care plan
- Preparing/assisting with meals
- Housekeeping duties in the owners home
- Companionship - including involving client in their chosen activities
- Enabling clients to be part of the Siddington Park Village communityYou will be required to undertake a DBS check, paid for by Rangeford Care. Any additional training that is needed will also be provided.
