Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial spaces according to client specifications.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized, polished, and free of dirt or debris.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage your own schedule by booking appointments with clients and ensuring timely completion of each cleaning assignment.
- Keep detailed records of completed jobs, supplies used, and client feedback to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or damage during cleaning tasks.
- Offer additional services such as light organization or special cleaning requests when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial work, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment usage.
- Ability to handle physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies.
- Nice-to-have skills include cooking experience or familiarity with hospitality environments to better serve diverse client needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for ease of travel between jobs.
