ConfiDental Clinic St Helier is looking for an enthusiastic dentist to join our team for 2 days per week on a Monday and Wednesday
. Are you a "filling" in all the requirements for the job? We're seeking a candidate with a good sense of humour combined with high standards in dental care. The role is to replace a colleague who is relocating
Our practice is split 40/60 between NHS and private work so you'll have the opportunity to get to know the whole "tooth" about dental work. Our team includes one treatment coordinator and a qualified nursing team who will always have your back (or rather, your mouth!).
We don't just offer great dental care for our patients, but also for our dentists. We provide weekly coaching to help you develop your skills in all aspects of dentistry. Plus, we have all the latest equipment like digital X-rays, cloud-based software, and intraoral scanners. And if you need it, our sister branch has access to a CBCT Scanner for aiding implant planning. Implant mentoring is available with the Practice Principal too.
As a dentist at Confidental Clinic St Helier, you must have a performer number and be able to handle approximately 1100 UDAs per annum per clinical day worked (about 24 UDA’s daily). But don't worry, we won't "extract" the fun out of your work - we want you to enjoy what you do!

We offer the full spectrum of clinical treatments including Dental Implants and we are Platinum Invisalign Providers. Invisalign experience would be essential to this role. Mentoring is available for dental implants by the Principal Dentist. However, this role is suited to those with good private experience and great interpersonal skills.
The position is for 2 days a week. 1-2 Saturdays a month are also available for private only treatments. You will be supported by one treatment coordinators and all the latest equipment including Carestream and 3Shape scanners. In addition, training is provided by a world class customer service coach furthering the teams skills.
Private remuneration 45%. Lab bills and Dental finance split 50%. We have a strong practice plan scheme and this is growing. NHS Welcome / Golden Handshake - 20k Pro Rata
Tech and equipment: SFD computers, digital radiographs, 3 Shape Trios and Carestream intraoral scanners, apex locator, rotary Endo and electrosurgery, aircon.
