LUMIWHITE Laboratory is growing and we're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our expanding team in Leeds.

Your Role
As a Dental Technician, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our laboratory, helping to manufacture high-quality appliances with accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing high-quality clear retainers, custom whitening trays and injectable composite stents.
- Trimming, polishing and finishing appliances to an exceptional standard.
- Carrying out quality control checks before cases are dispatched.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient laboratory environment.
- Working closely with our clinical, laboratory and customer support teams to ensure excellent turnaround times.
- Contributing ideas to help improve laboratory workflows and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Dental Technician.
- Passionate about producing exceptional quality work.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while also being a great team player.
- Motivated, reliable and eager to learn new skills.
- Someone who enjoys working in a modern, growing business where every team member makes a difference.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
Experience in any of the following would be a significant advantage:
- Digital dentistry workflows.
- Exocad design software.
- 3Shape or other CAD/CAM systems.
- Clear aligner manufacturing.
- 3D printing and digital model production.
Don't worry if you don't have experience in all of these areas - we're happy to provide training for the right person with the right attitude.
