About the role:
Untamed is looking for a calm, organised and proactive Event Support Agent to support our Direct Sales team across a busy national events calendar.
This is a part-time, remote role suited to someone who is confident handling live communications, solving problems quickly, supporting field teams during the weekend, and working closely with the Untamed’s Direct Sales office team for a few hours on Mondays and Fridays.
You will be the main point of contact for Brand Ambassadors working at events, helping with operational questions, basic tech troubleshooting, customer detail changes and event-related queries.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, fast-thinking, comfortable with technology and ideally experienced in events, field sales, customer operations or live team coordination.
About Untamed:
Untamed is a fast-growing cat food brand with an ambitious Direct Sales team operating across the UK. Our Brand Ambassadors introduce cat owners to better food at events every weekend, and this role is key to ensuring they have the support, information and confidence they need to perform at their best.

Weekend Event Support:
- Monitor WhatsApp groups for all weekend Untamed events, typically 10–15 events per weekend.
- Act as the main communications contact for Brand Ambassadors in the field.
- Respond to questions and/or issues quickly and professionally.
- Support ambassadors during arrival/setup with tech support, stand position, stand aesthetic, and any other relevant queries.
- Troubleshoot common tech issues involving iPads, Starlink, power banks, dongles and/or the DS Sales Platform.
- Liaise with Customer Service via our internal messaging systems for customer detail changes, including address updates, recipe amendments and other account changes.
- Escalate urgent issues to the relevant manager where required.
- Flag concerns relating to ambassador conduct, reliability, performance or recurring issues.
- Support teams where stand positioning is poor, including advising on how to approach event organisers professionally.
- Contact event organisers directly where needed to resolve operational issues or negotiate improved stand positioning.
- Maintain clear, calm and solutions-focused communication, particularly when teams are under pressure.
Weekday Administration:
- Work closely with the Event Manager to help produce clear and accurate Event Briefs.
- Support data input into department spreadsheets.
- Assist with event research to help grow the future event calendar.
- Complete event summaries following weekend activity.
- Flag ambassador issues, recurring problems and useful learnings to the Direct Sales management team.
- Become confident using When I Work, our scheduling platform.
- Assist with car hire and accommodation bookings
Working Hours and Pay:
Pay: £20 per hour
Friday: 9:00am–1:00pm — £80
Saturday: Weekend comms cover — paid as a 7-hour day, £140
Sunday: Weekend comms cover — paid as a 7-hour day, £140
Monday: 9:00am–1:00pm — £80
Total weekly pay: £440
Weekend communications can be sporadic and may require availability across the day. Events can start as early as 8:00am and finish as late as 10:00pm, so the successful candidate must be comfortable monitoring WhatsApp groups and responding promptly when support is required.
Both Saturday and Sunday will be paid as full 7-hr workdays, but total working time will fluctuate based on the demands of the field teams. (eg Zero issues across all events = very little work required. Multiple issues across several events = more work required)
This role is heavily centred around the following systems:
WhatsApp event groups, iPads, Starlinks, Power banks & dongles, our internal sales platform, Slack, Notion, When I Work and other internal sheets.

- Comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting common tech issues.
- Practical, solutions-focused and confident making sensible decisions quickly.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Ideally experienced in events, field sales, brand ambassador teams, customer operations or live team coordination.
