Duties

- Help with food storage, labeling, and inventory management to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing vegetables, portioning meats, and organizing supplies for efficient workflow
- Serve food in a timely manner during service hours while ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Maintain a tidy workspace by cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by performing basic cooking tasks and ensuring smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in catering or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
- Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards in a professional kitchen setting
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, serving, or supporting culinary operations preferred
- Ability to follow instructions accurately while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
