Are you an organised HR professional who enjoys variety, building relationships, and making a real difference to businesses? At Pioneer HR Consultancy, we're looking for an experienced HR Co-ordinator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to me, you'll support a diverse portfolio of clients, providing first-class HR administration, practical HR advice, and coordinating the full employee lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
*Managing recruitment, onboarding, probation, and leaver processes
*Preparing contracts, HR documentation, and reports
*Maintaining HR systems and employee records
*Providing first-line HR advice to managers and employees
*Supporting routine employee relations matters, including absence, probation, and low-level performance issues
*Updating policies, handbooks, and job descriptions
*Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for:
*Experience in an HR Co-ordinator, HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar role
*Strong HR administration and organisational skills
*Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
*Experience using HR systems with excellent attention to detail
*CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) is desirable
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
