Recruitment Administrator - (Entry level role, 30 hours)

Our client is the number 1 leading fundraising and events marketing company in Cornwall and Devon. They have ambitious goals to expand across the UK and internationally. This is for their home office in Plymouth city centre/Princess court.
You would get to work alongside the Managing Director to help grow the company. Seeing how your recruitment and work makes a difference.
You’d work alongside other talented people in this office, helping to expand and grow the business in a positive uplifting environment.
They are looking for someone who is driven in producing excellent results in recruitment and to help them grow, but also have skills in organisation and data entry.

The Recruitment Administrator must have:
· A fun and outgoing personality
. Good people Skills (interpersonal skills)
. Must be confident speaking on the phone
· The ability to deal with a diverse group of people
· Great organisational skills
· The ability to use their own initiative within a varied role
· An eye for detail and accuracy
· Drive to hit targets – as this will be a must
· Excellent MS Office skills and email etiquette skills
The role involves but may not be limited to:
· Managing recruitment for the office via phone, email, and face to face
· Various associated administration tasks
· Data entry and Databasing so being competent in Excel is a requirement
· General PA duties for the Managing Director

Key Responsibilities-
Lead on recruitment and onboarding to deliver at least 6-10 new starters per week.
Manage administration tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
- Own and grow our social media presence (if skilled, otherwise support team in execution).
- Be the go-to person for the team — organising activities, building culture, and keeping energy high.
- Support leadership with new ideas and improvements in recruitment and onboarding systems.
- Act as a bridge between management and the team, ensuring alignment with brand voice and culture.
- Use your creativity, tech skills, and problem-solving mindset to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Monday to Friday
9:30am- 4:30 pm per day (1-hour unpaid break per day within this time)
30 hours total
This role would include attending all industry events Eligible for work trips with the business to other countries. These tend to occur on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays (once a quarter for the Saturday events to attend)
Training will involve spending a week or a few days with other organisations around the country so being able to travel and stay away from Plymouth sometimes is required

Recruitment machine built — consistently hitting 10 new hires per week
Systems in place that save leadership time and energy

Confident ownership of admin and growth-related tasks
