We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porters to join our busy, fast-paced kitchen team.
You’ll play an important role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety, while supporting the chefs throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Keeping on top of washing up, including pots, pans, crockery and cutlery
- Keeping work surfaces, floors and kitchen equipment clean and tidy
- Emptying bins and managing waste and recycling
- Assisting with basic food preparation when required
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service
- Helping with the full kitchen clean-down at the end of each shift
- Following all food hygiene, health and safety procedures
About You
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and hardworking, with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
A positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to get stuck in are essential.
We have two positions available:
- 10:00am – 4:30pm
- 3 days per week
Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential. A strong work ethic, reliability and the right attitude are what matter most.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
