We are currently recruiting for a Shift Deputy Manager to join the team at Mounts View, Huddersfield.
As a Shift Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manger with the administrative tasks required to run the home, lead and mentor the Residential Support Workers and ensure constant delivery of person-centred care aligned with individual care plans.
You will act as a professional role model, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and Ofsted
Experience and Qualifications Required
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Residential Childcare (essential)
· Level 3 / 4 Diploma in residential childcare (essential)
· Up to date training in Safeguarding, First Aid, Health and Safety and Medication Administration (Essential)
Hours are an average of 37 per week worked on a 1 on 2 off rota
Pay: £36,670.00 per year
