Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery across all departments

- Coordinate staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimise efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the workplace
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to uphold excellent customer service standards
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for service improvement and operational excellence
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to promote professional development and uphold organisational policies
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control processes as needed

- Proven management experience within a hospitality or guest service environment
