As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your own section while working closely with the senior chefs to ensure the smooth delivery of service.
This role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie looking to take the next step within a professional fresh food kitchen.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Run your own section during service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from quality suppliers
- Assist with daily preparation and mise en place
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Support junior members of the brigade where required
- Contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen
