Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our talented team at The Meynell Ingram, a vibrant pub located in Burton-on-Trent.
In this role you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the bar, deliver excellent customer service, and support staff to maintain a positive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervising bar staff during shifts
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring the bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Supporting with staff training and rota management
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Following health, safety, and licensing regulations
Experience
- Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
