Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
- Plan and support engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Observe, assess, and record children's learning and development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive nursery environment
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to provide the highest standards of childcare
Requirements:
- A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (Early Years Educator or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
