As a Bake Out Barista you are an important part of our customers’ day and your main priority is to ensure our customers are provided excellent customer service alongside perfect delicious beverages every time. Our stores are modern and stylish and we need passionate, friendly and motivated employees to make them even better. In this role you will be an expert in coffee and our products so if you love to work in a fast paced vibrant store, engage with different people every day, feel like part of a family and have fun then this role is perfect for you!
We are able to provide approximately 8 hours a week with at least one day being either a Saturday or Sunday, however this will not be on a set day and may change each week. There is also potential for more hours covering holiday etc.
What would my main responsibilities be?
- Provide a fantastic customer service experience and make every moment right
- Prepare and serve our popular truly loved beverages
- Ensure that our stores look presentable
- Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing product recommendations and information.
- Support the team with daily opening and closing duties.
- Ensure the display is fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Work behind the counters, serving our customers.
Requirements:
- Barista experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for food, coffee, and a desire to work in a bakery setting.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Must be able to work Sundays.
- Must be over 18 years, due to equipment being used.
- Must have one years experience as a Barista.
