Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in B2B or retail sales? BrickBar is expanding across the United Kingdom and is looking for ambitious Sales Representatives to introduce our premium vaping products to retailers and wholesalers.

Commission Structure Retail Accounts
- 8% commission on every retail order.
- £30 bonus for every new retail customer placing their first order.
Wholesale Accounts
- 3% commission on every wholesale order.
- £100 bonus for every new wholesale customer placing their first order.
Example Earnings
Retail Example
- First Order: £150 → £12 Commission + £30 New Account Bonus = £42
- Second Order: £200 → £16
- Third Order: £180 → £14.40
Total Earnings from one active retail account: £72.40
Wholesale Example
- First Order: £3,000 → £90 Commission + £100 New Account Bonus = £190
- Second Order: £2,500 → £75
- Third Order: £4,000 → £120
Total Earnings from one active wholesale account: £385
The more customers you onboard and retain, the greater your recurring commission income.
Responsibilities
- Visit vape stores, convenience stores, and wholesalers across your assigned territory.
- Generate new retail and wholesale accounts.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Present and promote the BrickBar product range.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience (vape/FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Existing relationships within the UK vape industry are highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence is an advantage.
