About the Role
We’re an award-winning fine dining restaurant seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Chef to join our kitchen team. We are offering an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a high-standard, professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes
- Assist with food prep for all services, including occasional dinner support when required
- Support the preparation of all types of dishes
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Working Hours
- Daytime shifts and Evenings
- Includes weekend work
- Occasional evening shifts may be required to cover busy periods or sickness/holiday

- Some kitchen experience or relevant training preferred
