Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Manage and lead a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop menus in collaboration with culinary teams that align with brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement training programs to improve team skills and service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage management within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial targets.
- Experience in menu development and culinary oversight.
- Effective communication skills.
- Hospitality or hotel management qualification preferred.
