The Olive & Vine is an exciting new independent Kitchen, Bar, Coffee & Tapas venue opening in the heart of Stubbington.
We're looking for experienced Front of House Team Members to join our opening team on a part-time basis.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll be involved in all aspects of front-of-house service. We're looking for people who can confidently work across the floor, support the bar, make coffees, serve food and help create an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play an important part in delivering great service and ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience every time they visit.
Duties will include:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Making coffees and hot drinks
- Running food from the kitchen
- Processing payments
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Supporting Bottomless Buffet sessions and events
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager and wider team
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is essential
- Experience working in a restaurant, café, pub or bar
- Friendly, professional and reliable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
Coffee-making experience and cocktail knowledge would be an advantage but are not essential.
