Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Head Chef to join our team. This role requires a passion for creating high-quality dishes, a flexible attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. As our Head Chef, you will not only be responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfasts but also for contributing to our event catering service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Breakfast: Consistently deliver breakfast dishes that meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Event Catering: Lead the culinary efforts for various events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative and seasonal menus that showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain Hygiene Standards: Ensure that all food preparation areas and equipment meet strict hygiene and cleanliness standards, in line with health and safety regulations.
- Inventory and Stock Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining fresh ingredients, while minimising waste.
