Duties
- Deliver one-on-one tutoring sessions for Mathematics to GSCE student’
- Develop customized lesson plans that align with students’ individual learning styles and goals
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies accordingly to maximize understanding and retention
- Create engaging learning activities that motivate students and build their confidence in subject matter
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians to provide updates on progress and address concerns
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student achievements, and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, especially working with children or young learners
- Knowledge of special education techniques and accommodations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain concepts and motivate students
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and styles
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons and track student progress effectively

Pay: £42,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aberdare
