Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Train, support, and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Manage stock levels of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure service standards are maintained.
- Assist with scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A hands-on approach and positive team attitude.
