Experienced Gardener / Landscape Gardener (A-Players Only)
Location: Haywards Heath & Surrounding Areas
Pay Rate: £16.00 – £20.00 / hour (£130 – £160+ / day depending on output & experience)

The Deal
At RM Garden Services, we don't do half-measures, turning up late, or dragging out simple jobs. We are a fast-paced, high-standard maintenance and landscaping firm, and we are looking for a genuine A-Player to join the team.
If you are an experienced, self-motivated gardener who takes absolute pride in your work, operates fast, and knows how to leave a job looking flawless—we will pay you top-market rates.
If you need hand-holding, babysitting, or rely on excuses—do not apply.
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
- Top-Tier Experience: You must know grounds maintenance inside out (mowing, hedge cutting, seasonal pruning, garden clearances).
- Driving & Age: Must be over 25 with a full UK driving licence held for 2+ years (no exceptions—this is for company vehicle insurance).
- Speed & Standard: You work hard, move fast, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Reliability: Punctual every day. Rain or shine.
- Fencing Skills: Bonus if you can install or repair timber fencing, but not essential.
