Job Overview

Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, including overseeing food and beverage preparation, serving, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and service staff, providing training, customer service, and operational procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by supervising cleanliness standards in line with health regulations
- Assist in menu planning by collaborating with culinary teams to incorporate food preparation techniques and innovative drink options
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Experience
- Proven supervising or managerial experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production techniques
- Experience working behind the bar as a bartender or barista is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Previous experience in hospitality roles involving serving guests and managing customer relationships
