The role of a Team Leader is to train, lead, empower, coordinate, and motivate a team to ensure continuity of
output in line with agreed quality and performance targets. This is a working role so there is a requirement to
work on the line whilst delivering that first line management support.

Key Accountabilities
On a typical day you’ll be expected to:
- Lead a team ensuring the team is fully skilled to meet their work objectives productively and safely.
- Ensure training is delivered using up to date SOPs and sign off documents. Along with ensuring

- To ensure that daily production and quality targets are met through efficient allocation of resource.
- The role is hands on with an expectation that time is split between meeting output requirements and

- Effectively managing both team and individual performance, addressing any issues as they arise, in

Knowledge, experience and qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is not essential however you should be able to demonstrate transferable skills.
- Experience working in a production environment is desirable.
- Able to use and understand operating systems and IT-based packages.
