Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Joinery/Carpentry. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, decking etc. The successful applicant will be instrumental in delivering high-quality work across multiple sites, ensuring safety and precision at all times.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised joinery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Install Kitchens, Bathrooms, Flooring, Decking and general Joinery work.
- Fully fit kitchens & bathrooms to spec.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and components safely.
- Read technical drawings accurately to ensure precise execution of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Joinery/Carpentry roles, specifically Bathroom & Kitchen fitting.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the industry.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Must be able to talk with customers directly & work in residential properties.
- Clean Driving Licence.
Hours
- Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- Overtime & Saturdays may be required at busy periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
