Multi Skilled Operative – Damp and Mould Works (Healthy Homes)
Based in Norwich, but travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk required
Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Maintenance Operative, potentially with a background in Industrial Cleaning to join our dedicated damp and mould team. You will travel between various properties to undertake damp and mould washdowns and basic maintenances. If you take pride in your work, possess a strong work ethic, you are a good communicator and enjoy physical varied work, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- D&M Cleaning: Perform damp and mould washdowns within tenanted properties in accordance with company method statement, and using the appropriate PPE
- Basic Repairs: Carry out minor on-site repairs and basic maintenance tasks as required.
- Working at Heights: Safely utilise ladders and access equipment to clean or access high-level areas (lofts, stairwells etc) while strictly adhering to working at height safety guidelines.
- Driving: Safely operate a company vehicle to transport tools, materials, and equipment between various locations.
- Organisation: Work to a daily schedule, manage your workload, communicate with line manager in the first instance if access issues, and ensure cleaning supplies and PPE are fully stocked.

About You
Essential Requirements:
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, facilities, or basic maintenance.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to liaise with customers and management.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A true team player who is willing to help out wherever needed.
