We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telesales Co-ordinator to join our Business Relocation Division (BRD) in based in Guildford.
The Telesales Co-ordinator will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities for Sales Team members to quote new business. Utilise leads as provided along with producing own internal work through analysis of information on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to present products and services, highlight special offers and secure appointments for field sales staff
- Build long term relationships with clients who may need our services in the future
- Handle inbound inquiries and build rapport to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Stay informed about services, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles using CRM systems.
- Transfer client details to Bodsweb and arrange appointments using Bodsweb
- Email client confirmations of appointments
- Reconfirm appointments the day before
- Follow up on appointments for sales team / arrange cycle of calls to potential clients with known works - Universities / Legal firms and other top 10 lists as agreed with the Business Development Manager.
- Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
- Ensure compliance of oneself and colleagues with defined Quality System policy and procedures pertinent to ISO9002.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- To assist with any other duties which may be reasonably requested by the Commercial Relocation Director.
Essential
- 3 years in Administration within a similar role & industry
- Working to KPI’s / SLA’s
- Computer literate; CRM systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data entry
- 1 year telesales experience
