Overview
One Claims Management consists of multiple brands which serve people in many different ways. Veterans for Veterans (VFV) is a veteran-led organisation dedicated to helping ex-service personnel across the UK access the support and compensation they deserve. We work closely with legal and medical partners to assist veterans with Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims and more.
As we grow, we're looking for organised, motivated, and compassionate people to join our team and help continue delivering first-class support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)
- Responding to inbound leads via email, web forms, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Assisting clients with completing and submitting documentation.
- Managing and tracking legal documents, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Coordinating medical assessments, including hearing tests, by liaising with clients and medical partners.
- Maintaining and updating client records within our CRM system.
- Supporting the wider VFV team with administrative tasks and client communications.
- Handling sensitive information with care and ensuring GDPR compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous admin, customer service, or case management experience is desirable but not essential (ideally in legal, medical, or veteran support environments).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Confident using digital tools (email, CRMs, calendars, document platforms).
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanour—especially when supporting veterans.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of or connection to the armed forces community is a plus but not essential.
