CARE HOME WORKER -Days (Bank only) Nights(permanent)
Salary: £12.71 per hour

We have two customers, the service user, as well as the council who choose us to provide care in their borough.
As a Care Home Worker, you will have the satisfaction of caring for vulnerable people within a care home. You will be offering companionship, personal care, and help with medication and enabling people to remain as independent as possible within a safe environment, participating in activities, and becoming valued within the working environment.
The Care Worker should have:
- A caring nature and desire to make a difference in someone’s life as key characteristics.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A good level of English – both written and spoken
- Polite and Patient when communicating with individuals.
- Approachable and supportive to individuals
- A passion for care
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well under pressure.
- Team player
- Driving licence and vehicle desirable but not essential.
