We have an exciting opportunity for a Pub Operator / General Manager at the Last orders in Swinton.
We’re looking for an experienced individual or couple to take on this well-known, community sports bar and become the driving force behind its continued growth and success in the local area.
Last orders is high volume community venue offering:
- A cozy open-plan trading space with a pool table
- Multiple screens showing live sport 7 days a week
- Regular DJ nights, music events and entertainment
- A strong reputation for great-value drinks and busy everyday trade

We are particularly looking for an operator who can elevate standards, refine the offer, and create a consistently welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, building on the pub’s strong foundations and re-establishing it as a go-to destination in Swinton.
Amber Taverns Ltd offers an operator agreement that gives you the benefits of running your own pub business, alongside the support and backing of a successful company. You’ll receive regular guidance from a Business development Manager and support from a dedicated head office team.

Main Responsibilities
- Be the face of the business and Integrate yourself into the local community
- Show a consistent appetite for great business & customer service standards, setting yourself apart from competitors
- Create reasons for people to visit, driving sales through sport, promotions, community initiatives and entertainment
- Recruit, train and manage your team, creating a positive working culture
- Maintain compliance with stock control, cash handling, licensing and H&S regulations
