Overview
We are looking for 3 part time Carers:
Job 1. Hours Sundays 2pm-9pm, Mondays 1pm-5pm, Tuesdays 5pm-9pm and Wednesdays 5pm-9pm= 19 hours
Job 2. Hours Sundays 8am-2pm, Tuesdays 8am to 1pm and Wednesdays 8am-1pm= 16 hours
Job 3. Sundays 1pm to 5pm, Tuesdays 1pm to 9pm and Wednesdays 1pm to 9pm= 20 hours.

Duties
- Deliver high-quality personal care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Support individuals in creating and following tailored care plans to meet their specific needs and preferences
- Assist with medication management and health monitoring as directed by healthcare professionals
- Drive or accompany clients to appointments, social activities, or errands, ensuring safe transportation and support
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and healthcare teams to update on well-being and progress
- Use IT tools to document care activities accurately and update records in compliance with policies
- Foster a warm, respectful environment by actively listening and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients
Qualifications
- Valid driving license and experience with driving as part of home or care home support roles
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Familiarity with creating or following care plans tailored to individual needs
- Strong IT skills for documentation and communication purposes
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and team members
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others’ well-being
