Join Our Family-Run Montessori Nursery
We are seeking a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at our Montessori nursery in Fulham.
Our Fulham nursery is the newest addition to our group, having opened less than a year ago. We are proud to have recently achieved a 'Strong Standard' rating in all areas of our Ofsted inspection, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional early years education and care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework and Montessori principles
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
- Create and maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment
- Observe, support, and nurture children's individual development and wellbeing
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Promote children's confidence, independence, and curiosity through meaningful learning experiences
About You
Essential
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication skills and a good standard of spoken and written English
- Caring, reliable, enthusiastic, and professional approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable
- Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, Montessori, or childcare setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
