Job Description – Retail Manager (Mobile & IT)
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to take full responsibility for the management and performance of our shops.
This is a management-led role with hands-on repair duties, ideal for someone who can confidently run a store while maintaining high technical standards.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of shop management, including staff supervision, stock control, daily operations, and customer experience, while also carrying out and overseeing mobile and IT repairs.

Key Responsibilities (Management-Focused)
- Full day-to-day management of the shop(s), ensuring smooth and profitable operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff; manage rotas and attendance
- Ensure sales targets, repair targets, and KPIs are consistently met
- Manage stock levels, parts ordering, supplier relationships, and shrinkage control
- Maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and presentation
- Take ownership of shop performance in the manager’s absence of the owner

Technical & Repair Responsibilities
- Carry out and oversee high-quality mobile phone and IT repairs
- Ensure repairs meet strict quality and efficiency standards
- Diagnose faults and provide accurate repair solutions
- Support and guide staff on repair processes and best practices
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven shop management experience (essential)
- Strong hands-on experience in mobile phone and/or IT repairs (essential)
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern smartphones and technology
- Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- (Preferred) Experience repairing high-end devices such as Apple and Samsung
