We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to a high standard, enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients while maintaining safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows of various sizes and heights using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions.
- Ensure all safety measures are adhered to while working at heights or in challenging conditions.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide feedback on job progress and any potential improvements in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window cleaning or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A valid driver's licence is required for travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical fitness is necessary, as the role involves lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
