We’re looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including a successful property investment and development company and the rapidly growing Urban Gym brand.
Working alongside our Marketing Manager, you’ll help bring campaigns to life, create engaging content, support new business launches and play a key role in growing multiple brands. If you’re passionate about social media, love creating content and want to build your marketing career in a varied and fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Create, film, edit and publish engaging content.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Design digital and print marketing materials using Canva.
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the growth of Urban Gym and the launch of two new locations in 2027.
- Help coordinate events, partnerships and community initiatives.
- Produce monthly marketing performance reports.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support.
What we’d love from you:
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience creating social media content, including photography, videography and video editing.
- A good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Experience using Canva and other design/editing software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A creative, proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Confidence managing multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

This role is based in our office in Old Stratford although travel to our various sites will be required and necessary to complete the role successfully.
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
