Linthwaite House – Leeu Collection

Linthwaite House is looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for the season, at our stunning hotel overlooking Lake Windermere.
Chef de Partie Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
- Solid knowledge of fresh, seasonal produce and high-quality cooking standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mentality
- Flexible availability
- Live-in position
Responsibilities:
- Run and manage your assigned section to a consistently high standard
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional dishes
- Ensure food preparation and service meet the highest quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section in line with food safety regulations
- Adhere to all health and safety and food hygiene standards
