Position: Day Care Assistant
Location: Hurst Road Horsham
Employment Type: Full-Time 39 hours per week (13 hour shifts over 3 days) or Part-Time 26 hours per week (13 hour shifts over 2 days) Both posts do include some weekend shifts.
Salary: £13.50 per hour (Non NVQ qualified) and £14.00 per hour (NVQ qualified) Weekend and statutory holiday days paid at enhanced rate of either £16.87 or £17.50 per hour

We’re looking for a Day Care Assistant who shares our commitment to dignity, respect, and quality of life for our residents.
What You'll Do:
- Support residents with daily personal care and activities
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Assist in creating a safe, comfortable, and homely atmosphere
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team
What We're Looking For:
- A kind and caring nature
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Experience in care (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
- Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
